Manufacturing

IPM executes turnkey manufacturing orders involving forging/casting, precision machining and hard coating.

A wide range of customized underwater parts of hydro turbine are manufactured by IPM, using the highest quality raw materials. Machining is done on latest imported machines to ensure that the highest accuracy is inbuilt in the product. IPM’s products comply to international standards and are widely acknowledged for their dimensional accuracy and optimum performance. The components after finish machining are hard coated at IPM to ensure their long service life.The Company has a comprehensive in-house facility for dimensional measurements, NDT, Hardness & surface roughness measurement etc.
