Company Background

IPM was founded in the year 1972 by Dr. G.C. Sood, an engineer and a Ph.D. having vast industrial experience. Dr. Sood set up the first workshop for surface modification at Badli Industrial Estate, Delhi. In 1989, Mr. Rahul Sood, son of Dr. G.C. Sood, took over the technical affairs of the company. He is a B.E. Mechanical from Delhi College of Engineering with specialized training in the field of surface modification.
For the last two decades, Mr. Rahul Sood and Mrs. Babita Sood have been spearheading the company as Director Technical and Director Commercial respectively. Today, IPM is Asia’s leading engineering company in the field of surface modification, repair & manufacturing of critical mechanical components with ISO 9001-2008 certified workshops at multiple locations in India. IPM owes its success to the result oriented team of experienced engineers and skilled technicians.
